Veri Sorumlusu

6698 sayılı Kişisel Verilerin Korunması Kanunu ("KVKK") uyarınca, PancstaR ("Şirket") veri sorumlusu sıfatıyla, PanDeck uygulaması kapsamında kişisel verilerin işlenmesine ilişkin olarak sizi bilgilendirmektedir.

Hangi Veriler İşlenmektedir?

PanDeck uygulaması, kendiliğinden hiçbir kişisel veri işlemez. Uygulama yerel ağ (LAN) üzerinde çalışır:

• Kullanıcı hesabı, kayıt veya giriş yoktur
• Analitik, telemetri veya reklam kimliği okunmaz
• Konum verisi ve çerez kullanılmaz
• Ödeme veya fatura bilgisi talep edilmez

Tek istisna, sizin kendi isteğinizle gönderdiğiniz hata bildirimidir. Windows Host üzerindeki Hata Bildir penceresini kullanırsanız şu veriler işlenir:

• İletişim verisi: yazdığınız e-posta adresi (size dönüş yapılabilmesi için zorunludur)
• İşlem güvenliği verisi: uygulama sürümü, build numarası, işletim sistemi bilgisi
• Anonim kurulum kimliği: yalnız Arıza Kaydı gönderiminde; kişiyle değil kurulumla ilişkili rastgele bir numaradır
• Teşhis kaydı: yalnız Arıza Kaydı gönderiminde; gönderim öncesi pencerede okunabilir

Bildirim göndermezseniz bu verilerin hiçbiri işlenmez.

İşlenme Amacı ve Hukuki Sebep

Yukarıdaki veriler yalnızca bildirdiğiniz sorunun çözülmesi ve size geri dönüş yapılması amacıyla işlenir. Hukuki sebep, KVKK m. 5/2-(f) uyarınca veri sorumlusunun meşru menfaati ile talebinizi iletirken verdiğiniz açık rızanızdır; bildirim penceresi, gönderim öncesinde ne iletileceğini gösterir ve onayınızı ister.

Verilerin Aktarılması

Hata bildirimleri Telegram Bot API üzerinden iletilir. Bu, bildirim içeriğinin yurt dışında bulunan Telegram sunucularına aktarıldığı anlamına gelir. Bunun dışında kişisel veri yurt içinde veya yurt dışında üçüncü kişilere aktarılmaz. Kurulum dosyaları GitHub üzerinden dağıtılır; indirme sırasında GitHub'ın kendi kayıtları geçerlidir.

Saklama Süresi

Hata bildirimleri, bildirilen sorun çözülene ve sizinle yazışma tamamlanana kadar saklanır; sonrasında talebiniz üzerine silinir.

KVKK Kapsamındaki Haklarınız

KVKK'nın 11. maddesi uyarınca, veri sorumlusuna başvurarak aşağıdaki haklara sahipsiniz:

• Kişisel verilerinizin işlenip işlenmediğini öğrenme
• İşlenmişse bilgi talep etme
• İşlenme amacını ve amacına uygun kullanılıp kullanılmadığını öğrenme
• Yurt içi/yurt dışı aktarımları bilme
• Eksik/yanlış işleme varsa düzeltilmesini isteme
• KVKK'nın 7. maddesinde öngörülen şartlar çerçevesinde silinmesini/yok edilmesini isteme
• İşlemenin münhasıran otomatik sistemlerle analizine itiraz etme
• Kanuna aykırı işleme nedeniyle zararın giderilmesini talep etme

Data Controller

Under Turkish Personal Data Protection Law no. 6698 ("KVKK"), PancstaR (the "Company") acts as data controller and informs you here about the processing of personal data in connection with the PanDeck app.

What Data Is Processed?

PanDeck processes no personal data on its own. The app runs over your local network (LAN):

• No account, no sign-up, no login
• No analytics, no telemetry, and the advertising ID is never read
• No location data and no cookies
• No payment or billing information is requested

The single exception is a bug report you choose to send. If you use the Report a bug window in the Windows Host, the following is processed:

• Contact data: the email address you enter (required so we can reply)
• Transaction security data: app version, build number, operating system
• Anonymous installation ID: only with a Fault Record; a random number tied to the installation, not to you
• Diagnostic log: only with a Fault Record; readable in the window before sending

If you never send a report, none of this is processed.

Purpose and Legal Basis

This data is processed solely to resolve the problem you reported and to reply to you. The legal basis is the controller's legitimate interest under KVKK art. 5/2-(f), together with your explicit consent given when you submit the report; the window shows exactly what will be sent and asks for your confirmation first.

Transfers

Bug reports are delivered through the Telegram Bot API, which means the content is transferred to Telegram servers located outside Turkey. Apart from this, no personal data is transferred to third parties in Turkey or abroad. Installers are distributed via GitHub, and GitHub's own logging applies while you download.

Retention

Bug reports are kept until the reported problem is resolved and our correspondence with you is complete; afterwards they are deleted upon your request.

Your Rights Under KVKK

Under article 11 of the KVKK you may apply to the data controller to:

• Learn whether your personal data is being processed
• Request information if it has been processed
• Learn the purpose of processing and whether the data is used accordingly
• Know about transfers within Turkey or abroad
• Request correction of incomplete or inaccurate processing
• Request erasure or destruction under the conditions of article 7
• Object to a result reached solely by automated analysis
• Claim compensation for damage caused by unlawful processing
